A partnership which includes a council and an NHS trust in Greater Manchester has launched a new website designed to bring together health and care data.
Life in Tameside and Glossop is a project put together by Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council in partnership with Tameside and Glossop Care Together, Tameside and Glossop Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.
The website brings together data, intelligence and evidence from all health and social care partners in the area into one site.
It features a directory of data sets from birth to death, demographic information and more.
It is hoped the website will give patients the chance to see detailed information for the ward where they live and discover health information about their area.
There is also a ‘Find Support’ page which lets them search for community assistance, activities and groups in their area, from charities, local groups and organisations to statutory services.
